Our 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive program designed for individuals who wish to deepen their knowledge and practice of yoga but may have limited time availability. This program offers a condensed yet enriching experience that covers the essential aspects of yoga, providing you with a solid foundation to continue your practice or explore teaching opportunities. Here’s what you can expect from our 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training:
Fundamental Asana Practice:
During the training, you will dive into the practice of fundamental yoga asanas (postures) to develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our experienced teachers will guide you through proper alignment, modifications, and variations, ensuring a safe and effective practice. You will learn to explore your edge and deepen your understanding of each posture, cultivating a strong and mindful practice.
Pranayama and Meditation:
Breathwork (pranayama) and meditation are integral parts of yoga practice. Through dedicated sessions, you will learn various pranayama techniques to enhance breath awareness, balance energy, and calm the mind. Guided meditation practices will help you cultivate mindfulness, inner peace, and the ability to be fully present in the moment. These practices will deepen your connection to yourself and unlock the transformative power of yoga beyond the physical level.
Yoga Philosophy and Lifestyle:
Yoga is more than just physical exercise; it is a way of life. Our program introduces you to the foundational principles and philosophy of yoga, including the Eight Limbs of Yoga, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and yogic ethics. How to reach the destination
There is a new train station ten minutes from the Catania airport.
There you can take the direct train to Fuimefreddo (costs around 5 euros). We can pick you up from the station in Fuimefreddo for 30 euros per ride (up to 3 people). Plus charge for shuttle service after 19.00 till 24.00 hrs of 15 euro.
Also, possibility to pick up a minibus for up to 7 people from airport Catania for approx 120 euros directly to Ater Tumti.

- Other yogic disciplines (Tarka, Tyaga, Mouna, Dewsha, Kaala, Bandha, Dehasamya, Drishtisamya)
Practicum
Practicum is a process through which the learning outcome is applied by a student. Topics in this category include:
- Practice teaching as the lead instructor
- Receiving and giving feedback.
- Observing others’ teaching.
- Assisting students while someone else is teaching.
Non-contact program – Assignments, group discussions, presentations, and projects
Non-contact program is the number of hours of learning that occur without a faculty member present and is relevant to the above five educational categories. This program includes:
- Reading, audio/video, or Internet resources that are integrated into the curriculum via reports, class discussions, presentations, and tests
- Webinars on yoga-related topics
- Written assignments on yoga-related topics
- Group activities include directed discussion, technique practice, or teaching practice.
Become a teacher
During the training, you will learn and practice valuable tools and teaching methodologies that will support you in becoming a powerful and inspiring teacher. You will learn how to use your voice as a tool and gain the ability to connect with your students confidently through verbal cues, the use of props, and effective demonstration. You will also understand how to observe and adjust safely to your students.

- 09:00-09:30 Breakfast (daily except Sundays)
- 10:00 Art of teaching/philosophy/anatomy (alternate weeks)
- 11:30 Alignment and adjustment (daily)
- 13:00 Lunch (daily except Sundays)
- 14:00 Self-study
- 15:15 Meditation/yoga Nidra (alternate days/ weeks)
- 16:00 Asana practice (first week)/ teaching practice (daily for the second and third week)
- 17:30 free time
- 19:00 Dinner (daily except Saturdays and Sundays)
- 20:00-21:00 Meditation/Vedic chanting/sharing
- 22:00 Light off
