Yoga is more than just physical exercise; it is a way of life. Our program introduces you to the foundational principles and philosophy of yoga, including the Eight Limbs of Yoga, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and yogic ethics. You will explore how these ancient teachings can be applied to modern life, fostering personal growth, self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of the holistic nature of yoga.
