Yoga Sutra of Patanjali

Yoga creates a union between the body, mind, and spirit. It is an art and science dedicated to creating a spiritual relationship between the body and mind. Physical and mental faculties are brought together to achieve harmony and enjoy unbridled peace of body and mind with the help of yoga. Its objective is to assist the practitioner in using the breath and body to foster an awareness of ourselves as individualized beings intimately connected to the unified whole of the universe.

Yoga induces balance and creates equanimity so as to have complete peace of mind, be in the pink health and live in harmony with the greater whole. thousands of years ago, this art of right living was perfected and practiced and the foundations of yoga philosophy were laid down in The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, in about 200 AD.

YOGA  MUDRA

A Mudra is a special gesture of the fingers and hands in relation to the body. The hidden energies of Panch Mahapranas, i.e the immediate force which governs the physical body is generated, redirected and recharged by Mudras. A direct link between Annamaya Kosha (The physical body), Pranamaya Kosha (The pranic body) and Manomaya Kosha (The mental body) is adopted during Mudra practices.

JANA YOGA

Jana Yoga is the path of self-introspection, knowledge, contemplation, and wisdom. Deep exploration of nature our being by systematically exploring and setting aside false identities and focusing on self-introspection. Jana Yoga delves into the truth about who we are and what we experiencing to bring about full enlightenment.

BHAKTI YOGA

Bhakti Yoga is the path of immense emotion and devotion, love, generating the feeling of compassion, and service to God and others. All actions are channelized towards concentrating on the Divine. Those devotees who, conscious of their own weakness arising from lack of self-control and devoid of knowledge, seek help from outside; take haven in the Supreme, request him for forgiveness and pardon of sins committed through ignorance of the moral and spiritual laws that govern our lives should adopt bhakti yoga for complete balance of the spirit and mind.

RAJA YOGA

A comprehensive method that emphasizes meditation, while encompassing yoga as a whole is termed as Raja yoga. It directly deals with the encountering and transcending thoughts of the mind. it is referred to as the Yoga of the Mind or Mental Yoga, because of its emphasis on awareness of one’s state of mind and consciousness.

TANTRA YOGA

Tantra yoga is an art used to deepen the connection and awareness between a couple, creating a deeper bond spiritually with each other. Tantra yoga draws on various sciences to widen the perspective and realize the highest ideals in life.
