Dear All Upaya Yoga Family Members,

The rainy season is coming soon and Upaya Yoga will slow down its activities for a few months. We are pleased to share that 2018 has been a great year for our school so far.

The Goa center has consistently increased the number of its joiners, the Rishikesh center is flourishing and Upaya Yoga Bali is about to be launched with two upcoming training.

However, our growth does not end there as Upaya will shortly open its doors also in Russia. For this reason, Krishna will travel to Moscow to attend the popular Yoga Day Festival on the 24th of June. He will then lead to Europe visiting different Countries. Any of our graduates who would like to meet him again is invited to follow his movements on FB and contact him directly. Krishna, compatibly with his current obligations, is keen to attend any reunion his old students would like to organize.

What about the rest of the Upaya team during this holiday time?

Prachi will move to Rishikesh to enjoy the quietness of the mountains and to welcome our first Yin Yoga course in July. She will then travel to the Himalaya spending some free time with her family and to restore her energies for the next bubbling season.

Rohil will take his holidays in Greece where he will spend some time with his beloved. After this break, he will travel to Bali to bring his knowledge and experience into our first 200 YTTC in August.

Anil, after completing excellently the season with us, will move to the U.S.A with his wife where he will continue his bright career. We all wish him the best for this new exciting chapter in his life!

Alida will leave Rishikesh to travel to Bali enjoying some holiday time. She will then visit Kalikalos, a holistic center in Greece, where she will facilitate Hatha and Yoga Nidra sessions. Alida will later move to the Afroz center in Lesbos Island to practice the Osho meditation and will eventually return to Italy to meet family and friends.

Prem, hungry of new learning and improvements, will attend specific ashtanga training at the Sthalam 8 yoga school in Mysore in August Check out his new challenges on Instagram! Of course, after this intense year, he will also get some rest and fun with family and friends in Nepal.

Ayush will return home to spend time with his beloved in his native village near Delhi.

Ella will take some time off being away from Bali for a little while. She will travel to Greece to lead the workshop “Falling in love with yourself”, along with her partner, at the Kalikalos center in July. Ella will then return to the island of Gods to open the door of Upaya Yoga for the very first time!

Finally, also our support staff, which we sincerely thank for the dedication and hard work along these months, will have some rest and time to dedicate to relatives and friends. We certainly close this season with big satisfaction and positivism and we all look forward to future developments and exciting news.

We would like to take this chance to wish you a very relaxing summertime and happy holidays!
