I completed my 200h teacher training course in November 2017 at Upaya Yoga and it was one of the most beautiful and fulfilling experiences I have had so far. The location of the school is amazing. Surrounded by the ocean, the river and dschungel it gives you the most beautiful atmosphere for diving into the world of yoga. The teachers at Upaya Rohil and Anil are very skilled and enthusiastic to share their knowledge in every way. I especially liked the way we were introduced to teaching. Starting with teaching three asanas for 10 minutes and in the end we were confident teaching a 90 minute class. The accommodation is also really nice you can choose between eco huts and ac huts/room but all rooms are very nice and comfy. Throughout the course we had three amazingly great vegetarian indien meals.
The staff and epecially Mama Prachi the good soul of Upaya will definitly make you feel at home!
