The concept Of Rejuvenating Retreat

An intense seven days Rejuvenating Retreat designed to rebalance and restore your natural energy level. The daily practice of yoga and meditation will reawaken the body and mind and will reconnect you with the inner self. The Rejuvenating Retreat promotes a healthy and refreshing routine which you can bring home and integrate with your daily life.

Yogic components

Pranayama: breathing technique to correct and readdress the flow of vital energy throughout the whole body. This is an effective tool to clear the nervous system and increase blood oxygenation. Pranayama is an energizing practice which eventually induces a peaceful state of mind.

Ashtanga– Vinyasa yoga: a strong asana practice ideal to raise the energy and to begin the day with. It generates hit into the body and boosts the elimination of toxins throughout the practice. This fast-paced sequence also enhances concentration and clarity of the mind.

Hatha Yoga: a dynamic flow to wake up the entire body by the activation of the big muscles along with the use of appropriate breathing.

Yin Yoga: a passive and slow practice to deeply stimulate the connective tissues and internal organs. It softens and realigns the whole body, and it alleviates all sort of physical discomforts. A feeling of calmness and relaxation will conquer the body and mind at the end of the practice.

Mantra chanting: the continuous repetition of Sanskrit ancient prayers whose sounds will gradually empty and focus the mind. These chants also promote awareness of the breath and resolve into an effortless form of meditation.

Meditation: any type of meditation could represent a valuable tool to gain relaxation of body and mind. We will explore different techniques according to the level of the group.

Diet

We serve a rich healthy breakfast, followed by two fresh and delicious vegetarian meals per day. Filter water, tea and coffee are always available to our guests.

The Team

The retreat will be held by one or more members of our team of proficient and caring teachers.

Free time

Our location will allow you to fully enjoy the beach at any time of the day and the night, enjoying astonishing sunrise and sunset. You can walk by the seashore till the nearby towns for colourful shops, live music, clubs, cafes and restaurants. For those who seek a quieter and more natural spot there is a beautiful sweet lake at walking distance.
