Chidanand is a dedicated seeker, experienced practitioner and committed, dynamic yoga teacher with more than 18 years of teaching experience. Inspired by yoga early in life, he travelled the length & breadth of India and mastered yoga in acclaimed Yoga Schools and Ashrams along with academic precision. He is proficient in all traditional styles of yoga and makes easily intelligible the benefits with correct yoga postures and alignment to the students.

He teaches the importance of correct postures and alignments in a simple and fun way. Emphasizing on breath, awareness, alignment and the interconnection between mind, body and soul, allowing students to work at their own pace in a safe and transformational environment. He encourages students to experience and flow through yoga practices easily.

He is passionate to be a living instrument of yogic lore and feels the teachings are a blessing for all.
